Flame Roasted Tomato Salsa has a wonderfully complex, caramelized appearance and flavor from premium roasted tomatoes.  It’s an authentic recipe from Southwestern Mexico but with the flair and “zip” you’d expect from Chachies.  It has a more pureed texture but layers of roasted flavor which will complement any chip, or top any entrée that needs a fire roasted finish.  This is a MEDIUM salsa (not too spicy!).
